A few little March hauls! *Primark & Superdrug*

International Womens Day called for a little haul!

So, today is a day of trying to really feel that connection of sisterhood and self empowerment also. Although I love a good shop often, I decided today to go for things slightly daring, to be a little cheeky and try some new products and such with Muma.
During the morning I had a super productive meeting at my brothers work place regarding his *back to work* and *mental health* help etc. I was a 21 year old gal who sat and acted as advocate to stand up for any problem caused or potential emotional vulnerability of my big brother. I am an under 5 foot young woman who suffers with extreme anxiety, and yet today I sat between three grown men and really proved how powerful I can be. To say I'm proud of myself is an understatement - Things like this are hard to do for my anxious mind, and yet I was there full force making sure my big brother was ok.

So, a productive morning called for some lunch and a good gander round my favourite shops until I was mentally frazzled ready for my totally living on the edge Friday night… which often means sitting in my room with my boyfriend watching him play games and me blogging and thinking about puddings

Oh and to add to the rad Friday night plans, my mum will most likely be playing with my hair during the evening to help us both relax; We are just that awesome you see.

How have you spent your Friday? Has the status of the day made an impact to your feelings and attitude? Remember how awesome you are!

So, without further ado, if you’d like to see what I got on my little haul, stick around and find the products below!

Although I'm all topped up on body spray, you can never have too many! Am I right? I saw these in Superdrug and thought I'd pick up two scents to try! For less than £1 you can't go wrong. I've tested them and they're both beautifully scented!
I've been looking for some face & Body glitter for a while now and whilst in Superdrug I found this! It's the glue and glitter combined and therefore is so much easier than buying them separate. It's the perfect colour for some makeup themes I'm thinking of trying and the price isn't too steep!
One thing I've grown to love as I've gotten older, is products for the bathroom or around the house. Buying new hand wash in different scents makes me so happy. This one's affordable, does the job, smells lovely and is good for creating clean and soft hands!

As a lover of Superdrug, I’ve made it a habit of buying their own brand skin care collections. I adore their Natually Radiant & Calm Skin care range and therefore I wanted to try all of their others. I started with collecting two products from their Vitamin E Skin care range!

Upper left on the image is the Vitamin E Gentle oatmeal exfoliator. It’s a facial scrub high in antioxidants and defends skin against environmental damage. It’s perfect for the colder, dry skin seasons due to it’s moisturising properties and warming scent.

Upper Right on the image is the Vitamin E Leave-on Moisure Mask. A Face mask full of antioxidants and moisturising ingredients such as soybean and jojoba oils to help defend skin from environmental damage and give skin beautiful end results. The ingredients used leave skin feeling soft, replenished and rehydrated!

Primark

Since my confidence shoot, I’ve really admired lingerie and how empowering it can be to wear and rock it! I’ve struggled with Body dysmorphia for a long time, so coming to terms with my appearance has been a challenge. I’ve been borderline anorexic and have battled eating disorders left, right and centre. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and as curvy as ever too! I’m trying to stay fit but also learning to love the skin I’m in without too much pressure. As I always say, we can become more confident one selfie at a time!

This gorgeous red body suit lingerie is magnificent. It’s bright, yet elegant. It fits perfectly. It is comfortable to wear and super easy to style with multiple items of clothing, for bed, photoshoots or even a night out if you take extra precautions hehe.

One reason I love this so much is because it makes me feel good! – People often immediately raise eyebrows and say “Ooo I bet your boyfriend likes that”, to which I reply ” Well maybe, but It’s more so for me than him. Feeling sexy is empowering”.

Some people wonder why I am posting lingerie pictures online. The answer is, because I want to, because I can, because I’m allowed to wear what I like without being sexualised and objectified.

This piece caught my eye in the sales in Primark and I just knew no matter what the price, that it was mine. It was so affordable and after wearing it, I can 100% say it was worth the money! Thanks Primark!

I picked this wonderful wireless bra up in the sales of Primarks lingerie and underwear section. I was so happy to see my size in the last few left! It was a miracle. If you're anything your like me, you will have a passion for bras without wire. I have cut all wired bras out of my collection due to simply having enough of discomfort and having a flabby back. Who's got time for that when you're trying to get shizz done? - Honestly I'm so pleased with this and I will not hesitate to buy some more of their range!
Since buying a bunch of new pairs of boots, I've really found that using belts to break up an outfit is perfect. I picked this little maroon one up for a very cheap price and It does the trick just fine. It's good quality for the use I'll need it for, It's a pretty colour, nice size for my body shape and overall just a good buy.

So, I’ve been on the lookout for an affordable teddy bear coat for a while now and really had my mind set on a longer one.

After wondering if it would suit me or not constantly, I finally just went into primark and went hunting for one to try on. Low and behold, I found this!

Although It wasn’t the long one I’d been hoping for, I tried it on and actually fell in love with it.

It’s a beautiful colour and most certainly fits with my aesthetic, being an autumnal, warm shade.

It’s so cosy, soft and really does bring comfort and warmth to you on a cold drizzly day.

As soon as I put this on, It felt like a big hug with my boyfriend. I knew as soon as I tried it on that I was claiming it and began visualising my blog post with it featured hehe!

The buttons are strong and the fastening gives multiple ways of wearing the coat. The collar can be unbuttoned down or fastened and high up towards to the neck and jaw line.

The original price reduction was £10 but when I took it to the checkout I was surprised with another reduction, only costing me £5!

Go shop the looks if you liked what you saw!

I'm Always happy to chat and hear your views on the deals and products!

Stay wonderful,

Louna
