Taking care of ourselves and promoting a positive wellbeing can create a more productive and happy life! Especially during this weird time the world is facing where lots of our routines have been turned upside down and inside out!

Both products below are for calming bath time to help fit in some calm into your routine when wanted and needed. For those who struggle with insomnia and anxiety maybe these products could help you get some down time and help you wind down a little.
Twilight bath bomb

Sleepy bubble bar
If you love lavender and calming products, you will also adore the LUSH Sleepy collection that seems to be forever growing! I first tried their sleepy moisturiser which is absolutely beautiful and then went on to buy lots from the range. I was so happy to see this Sleepy bubble bar in my gifted package and tried it out as soon as my new bath was fitted! You simple hold it under your warm water or crumble it into the water where it creates a beautiful coloured, bubbly and scented water! It’s perfect for a calming bubble bath.
