Self care is so important and during this weird time the world is facing, our routines can be all messy and changed. With worry and days being confusing we can forget to practise self care so I wanted to remind you all that taking care of ourselves is so important! Now more than ever we should be focusing on self love and self care to help us keep healthy, positive and happy.

I find skin care to be the most wonderful thing to do when feeling down or anxious. It is a way to reconnect ourselves and have some down time alone. My perfect evening is to soak In the bath with a lovely glass of elderflower cordial, a face mask and hair mask on followed by a lovely thick moisturiser and then a green tea whilst reading a lovely book in bed.

This ultra plant cold cream facial cleanser is gentle and beneficial to your lovely skin. The ingredients are beautiful, natural and all together make the perfect combination for a cleanser. You simply run your fingers through the pot and gather how much cleanser you feel best for you and run it gently across your face where you will feel it begin to melt as you glide it across your skin. Simply grab a face cloth and wipe away with warm water.

This cleanser is oily and slightly gritty leaving skin smooth and hydrated. Follow along with your regular skincare routine and you will be feeling pampered every day!
